Designed for graduates of Levels I and II, this Level III Master Certification equips you with advanced techniques in 12-chakra systems, elemental therapy, and sound healing instruction. Nestled near Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this course blends Himalayan wisdom with modern science to transform you into a globally accredited sound healing master. Duration: 7 Days | 5 Hours Daily (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, includes 1-hour break) Certification: Master Sound Healer & Teacher (Accredited by ISHA & Yoga Alliance).

Day 1: Foundations & History

Opening Session: Sacred Ceremony: Invocation with Tibetan mantras and crystal bowls to set intentions. History of Sound Healing: Ancient practices in Egypt, Tibet, and Vedic India. Evolution of singing bowls in Himalayan rituals. Advanced Bowl Techniques: Precision in striking, rimming, and harmonic layering. Selecting bowls for specific frequencies (e.g., 432Hz for heart chakra).

Day 2: Vedic & Tibetan Systems

Vedic Chakra System: Seed Mantras (Bija): Chanting Lam, Vam, Ram with corresponding bowl frequencies. Chakra Activation: Using 7-chakra bowls to energize Kundalini flow. Tibetan Sound Therapy: Meridian-based bowl placements and overtone chanting. Integration of gongs/drums for multi-dimensional healing.

Day 3: Brainwave Science & Water Therapy

Brainwave Entrainment: Frequency Mapping: Delta (1–4Hz) for sleep, Theta (4–8Hz) for trauma release. Binaural Beats: Pairing with bowls to induce meditative states. Water Therapy: Cymatics: Visualizing 528Hz patterns in water for emotional release. Aquatic Sound Baths: Submerging bowls for joint/muscle resonance.

Day 4: Sound Vibration Massage & Group Healing

Sound Massage: Neuromuscular Techniques: Bowls on pressure points for myofascial release. Ethical Safety: Avoiding overstimulation in sensitive clients. Group Dynamics: Orchestrating 20+ participants with gongs, drums, and voice harmonization. Managing energy flow and collective intention.

Day 5: Five Elements Balancing

Elemental Theory: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether: Link to organs, emotions, and chakras. Bowl Selection: Iron bowls (Earth), crystal bowls (Ether). Practical Session: Designing sound baths to balance elements (e.g., fire imbalance with solar plexus bowls).
